Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOC) Degree Program

This program is available to members of the Coast Guard and their immediate family, who can attend college to receive an associate or a bachelor's degree at any SOCAD college accessible to a worldwide network of Army installations. This helps military families who are transferred often to maintain their educational progress toward a degree. For more information, visit:

Coast Guard Mutual Assistance (CGMA) Supplemental Education Grant (SEG)

Any family member, including the spouse, of an enlisted member of the Coast Guard may qualify for a supplemental education grant to pay for ASVAB, CLEP, SAT, and other test prep and study guides. The funds cannot be used toward tuition. For more information, visit:
